Helen Whelehan (née Kennedy) Ballycarroll, Portarlington, Laois / Dingle, Kerry

Formerly Ballinvoumig, Dingle, Co. Kerry. Helen passed away suddenly at her residence. Predeceased by her husband Michael. Sadly missed by her loving family, daughter Sinead, sons John and James, daughter-in-law Caroline, son-in-law Graham, grandchildren Dylan, Ryan, Aoife, Saoirse and Michael, her brother Seamus, her brother-in -law Eddie, nieces, nephews, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Due to the Covid 19 restrictions a private family funeral will take place. Removal from Helen’s residence on Friday morning to arrive at Saint John’s Church Killenard for 12 noon Requiem Mass. Interment to follow in adjoining cemetery. House private on Friday morning please. Helen’s Requiem Mass and Interment will be live streamed on ( to follow )

Sympathisers are welcome to stand along the route to the church and in the precincts of the Cemetery grounds. Social distancing to be observed at all times please. The Whelehan family would like to thank you for your co-operation, understanding and support during this sensitive and difficult time. Sympathisers can extend their sympathies on the online Condolence facilities below.
