Mick, passed away peacefully, in his 93rd year, surrounded by his loving family, at his residence, on December 25th, 2025.
Predeceased by his parents Michael and Teresa and his siblings Tom, Billy, Pat, Fr. Sean, Dick, Breege, Tess and Con.
Beloved husband of Dolores (Dodo) and much loved father of Micheline (Foley), Niall, Niamh (Doyle) and Blaise.
Deeply mourned and sadly missed by his loving wife, sons and daughters, sons-in-law Ken and Martin, daughter-in-law Stella and by his adored grandchildren Ella, Jake, Cian and Jenna.
Loving remembered by his brother Jim, sisters Mary (McEvoy) and Rose (Dowler).
He will be also missed by the extended Murphy and Cobbe families, kind neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at Mahers Chapel of Rest Portarlington (eircode R32 X5XV) on Saturday evening (27th December) from 4pm with Rosary at 7pm. Removal from his residence on Sunday (28th December) at 12:30pm arriving The Church of The Sacred Heart Rath (eircode R32 FN44)
for Requiem Mass at 1pm. Afterwards Mick will be laid to Rest in The New Cemetery Emo.
